Position Title: AV Sales Engineer

Work Location: Glen Mills, PA Area

Work environment (private office?, cube?, high rise office building?): Office Building

Who does this position report to? Director of Engineering

Why is this position open? Company is growing

Projects involved with: Customer service and client relationship building and managing

Responsibilities: Provide clients with new proposals, provide customer support. Must do in cooperation with all levels of management, sales, and operations

Required Skills:

 Obtain and maintain InfoComm CTS-D Certification
 Extensive years of system integration/A/V industry experience (8+ years)
 Excellent customer service experience (both internal and external)
 Must be able to create and clearly document AV Systems Design
 Experience in contracting, negotiations change management
 Expert knowledge in AV Systems Design
 Must be able to write AV design bid documents is AIA Standard formats
 Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed
 History of achieving annual sales goals, provide need analysis support, BOM generation, labor budget, scope of work collaboration and attending client meetings
 Assist account representatives to qualify new business opportunities.
 Must present new technology training sessions to sales team, as well as write professional articles based on industry for newsletters and blogs
 Follow all LSE requirements when completing sales engineering tasks

Desired Skills:
• Self-motivated and most be able to work in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills

• College Degree preferred: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Network Administration

Physical Abilities
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to identify and distinguish colors
