Position Title: Lead Installation Technician
Work Location: Glen Mills, PA Area
Work environment (private office?, cube?, high rise office building?): Office Building, regular driving to project sites.
Who does this position report to? Installation Manager

Projects involved with: Installation of the client’s A/V environment.
Responsibilities: Lead small team or crew on jobsite. Install hardware, infrastructure, and technology components throughout the project. Terminate any and all A/V and network cabling in the field in accordance to industry standards.
Extensive experience in Commercial Audio-Visual Installation (Low Voltage)
Proven successful track record in AV Installation Management for new construction.
Expert in audio and visual system install and function
Expert in reading, understanding audio visual engineering drawings
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to read, understand, and explain A/V Engineering Drawings to both experienced, inexperienced employees, contractors, and clients
Must have experience balancing heavy workloads among the resources and windows of construction
Must have valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Knowledge and understanding of physical wiring and installation of display system, scaling, audio processing, video transmission, control, VTC, and DSP products
• Self-motivated and most be able to work in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Equivalent combination of Education, training, and experience will be considered
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to identify and distinguish colors
