Position Title: Lead Software Engineer

Work Location: Philadelphia, PA area, free parking

Work environment: Cubes in a High Rise Office Building

Reports to: Manager

Why is this position open? Growth

Projects involved: Supporting HR (including payroll), Education, and Legal systems

Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional solutions to support, enhance and improve current systems. Need someone who is willing to learn as technologies change.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in software development
• Experience with PL/SQL including creating views, tables, functions and procedures
• Human Capital Management (HCM) application experience
• Experience with XML
• Experience with scheduling packages such as FTP/SFTP, OpCon)
• Must have excellent communication and social interaction skills.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with BI Publisher, Web Services, HTML
• Data Warehousing
