Position Title: Software Developer
Work Location: Glen Mills, PA area
Work environment (private office?, cube?, high rise office building?): Office Building, regular driving to project sites.

Responsibilities: Software Developer will be responsible for configuring, editing, and debugging sound processing interfaces, communication technologies, and software interfaces.
Must be able to design, code, and debug application (Crestron and AMX)
Simulation and testing for QA and customer approval
GUI design and implementation experience per spec
Must be able to document software functionality in form of user guides
Experience with reverse engineering for customer existing systems
Experience creating LAN
Must be able to troubleshoot network capable components on client network while communicating network needs directly to administrators (bandwidth, QOS, latency)
Experience creating WLANs
Direct contact with client IT staff gathering specific requirements, problems, and potential issues.
Must be able to work nights and weekends as necessary
Document of entire test and tune process performed in field on all systems
Load and configure Control and DSP Codes
Must be able to test and force-fail all systems and communicate with team with results
Working history with Panasonic, Sharp, and Samsung products
Understanding of Kramer Electronics, Polycom, Cisco, Scopia, and Vidyo products
• 6+ years commercial AV installation experience
• Experience installing low voltage documents
• Certified Crestron Programmer required
• Preferred certification, knowledge and understanding of Crestron, BiAmp, AMX, and/or ClearOne Software and acquire other certification and/or training.
• Expert in AV System Design and Function, reading and understanding of engineering drawings
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to identify and distinguish colors and three dimensional-vision
• Clarity of vision of 20” or less and 20’ or more
