Joe Yesulaitis is responsible for driving the company’s vision to connect companies with the right talent, enhance client profitability, and deliver the best possible service, selection, quality, and value every single time.
Previously, Joe founded and served as CEO of a technology services company, where under his leadership, he grew the company and later sold the firm to a much larger billion dollar company. While under his leadership, the company experienced profitable growth, remained on the "Philly 100" list for four straight years, and appeared on the Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest growing privately held companies. Prior to that, he held several positions as a software engineer for various aerospace and defense contractors. Joe is considered one of the top entrepreneurs in the Greater Philadelphia region, with such honors as being inducted into the Wharton School's Philadelphia Hall of Fame. During his career, Joe served on the Executive Board of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB), and is personally active in lobbying efforts on both a state and national level in support of laws which are beneficial to the I.T. Services industry. He remains active in other regional and national business organizations, and in his spare time enjoys skiing, golfing, sport fishing, and guitar. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.

Sean Handforth is a recruiting veteran with more than 10 years of experience in directing recruiting teams and recruiting operations.
Sean started his career with Aavalar as the first employee and was subsequently named Managing Partner in the business. Sean plays a key role in the overall management and success of Aavalar, and is responsible for leading all day-to-day recruiting and sourcing operations for Aavalar. When not at work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and friends; hiking, cooking, and traveling. Sean received a degree in Economics from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Mary Beth Dostillio, Business Relationship Manager

Mary Beth Dostillio works to build strong relationship with clients and consultants, and identifies new business opportunities to expand Aavalar's client base.
In a previous life, Mary Beth worked in the IT field as a programmer at the Franklin Mint. Before joining Aavalar, she was managing online relationships between professional athletes/actors and their fans. Away from work Mary Beth serves on the Board as Treasurer for Concord Township Parks & Recreation as well as the Rose Valley Chorus Orchestra, where she sings and dances in musicals. She is an animal lover, rescuing horses, dogs and cats, and plays volleyball year round.
Brad Helm, Business Development

Born and raised in Chester County, Brad is a 12 year Sales Professional with the ability to consistently develop new business, while building repeat business, and establishing long term positive customer relationships at all levels.
Brad brings with him an extensive knowledge in a wide variety of products and services. When not at work Brad enjoys spending time with his family, dogs, playing golf and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He has a degree in Sports Management and Marketing from Marshall University in West Virginia.
Ken Mills, Senior Consultant

Ken is a senior consultant at Aavalar and a former Senior Vice President of Information Technology. Ken is responsible for our IT Management and Agile consulting services.
Before joining Aavalar, Ken held various positions throughout his career at The Institutes in Malvern, PA, including senior programmer analyst, applications manager, assistant vice president, and vice president. Ken is a conscientious leader who specializes in IT processes and controls that reduce risk and enhance the customer experience. His ability to communicate with business stakeholders makes him an effective IT leader and practitioner who helps companies execute their business objectives through technology. He has experience with a wide variety of application projects, e-commerce, learning management, data warehousing, content management, and single source publishing. As a software developer, system architect, certified ScrumMaster, manager and executive, Ken helped The Institutes create a competitive advantage through these and other technology initiatives.
Prior to joining The Institutes, Ken worked for the General Electric company as a lead software analyst developing software for satellite ground stations for two major government agencies.
Marge Yesulaitis, Vice President , Operations

Marge Yesulaitis is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Malvern office, and for maintaining operational excellence across client services, bookkeeping and payroll.
Marge has more than 20 years of professional experience in client and business administration with an emphasis on human resources, employee relations, space and facilities management, and acts as liaison between the office and firm management. Prior to Aavalar, she was Founder and CEO of a Pennsylvania-based medical transcription business. In her spare time, Marge enjoys working out, skiing, fishing, and spending time with her husband and family.
Tim Minion, Entrepreneur-in-Residence

Tim is responsible for day-to-day merrymaking.
Tim is about 10" tall and loves bananas! He also likes to sing. We aren't sure how old he is, but he sure is great to have around the office. We think he moonlights as a cardiothoracic surgeon on the weekends.
