Aavalar Consulting is currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to fill a full-time position in Center City Philadelphia. This role is focused on measuring, analyzing, testing, insight generation, and reporting for our partner’s web and marketing campaigns.
Consultant’s Title: Senior Data Analyst
Work Location: Downtown Philadelphia
Work environment: High Rise Office Building, close to public transportation
Start date of the contract: ASAP
Reporting to: Director of Analytics
Responsibilities:
– Lead customer analytics initiatives
– Lead the web tagging architecture and analytics reporting
– Provide insight and direction from report results
– Act as a project manager for Marketing Analytics initiatives
– Coordinate customer-centric market research
– Uncover company opportunities by utilizing data analysis
Required Skills:
– BA/BS degree
– 5 years with web analytics (i.e. Google Analystics or SiteCatalyst)
– 5 years advanced Excel and Access
– 2+ years of data driven by D-T-C business (TV, print, radio, etc)
– Experience developing multivariate tests and analyzing their results
– Knowledge of digital ad-serving platforms
– Proven ability to lead implementation of web tracking
– Proficient with debugging tools (i.e. Debugger)
– Fluent in ROI concepts and corporate P&L
– Must be detailed, organized and deliver projects on time
– Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills
– T-SQL query writing
– Statistical applications such as R, SAS, or SPSS
– Adobe Discover
– Dashboard tools (i.c. Qlikview orTableau)
– Market research experience
– Strong leadership abilities
– Work Hours and Schedule: Normal Business Hours
